This chicken mince is made with MDM chicken meat so has a much higher meat content than our other chicken mince. Chicken meat is high in essential fatty acids to help with a shiney coat and bright eyes! Made from 100% NZ chicken. Its agreat starter meat for pets just starting out on a raw diet or transitioning puppies and kittens ionto a raw diet. Dont be put off by people saying you cant feed raw chicken. Dogs stomachs are specifically designed to breakdown large amounts of bacteria (they have a very short intestinal tract and a very acidic stomach) - how do yo think a dog can bury a bone, only to dig it back up months later and still have a good chew!
*please note that dogs with a weakened immune system or a compromised digestive tract may have trouble digesting high levels of bacteria
