Thank you for purchasing a product from us, Otago Petfoods. We are sure you won’t be disappointed. We provide a secure and private shopping experience for all products purchased from our business, and we do not store your credit card information.
How to Order
To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, make sure you choose the correct product option (this is especially important for fresh or frozen pet food delivery), and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout.

At Otago Petfoods, we offer Click & Collect, South Island Home Delivery and national shipping options to accommodate our customers around New Zealand.
Click & Collect:
Local and South Island Delivery
For regular products, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Fresh and Frozen pet food is shipped in a poly bin (Freight and poly bin costs are included in the product retail price, we use an overnight delivery). Unfortunately due to the nature of fresh and frozen products, we can't deliver these to rural addresses as delayed shipping times can affect the quality of the product. If you live rurally and would like to purchase our fresh or frozen pet food, please email us at orders@otagopetfoods.co.nz and we can discuss other options.
All of our other products are available to be shipped to rural addresses.
Our delivery timeframe is from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time.
North Island Delivery
For regular products, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Fresh & frozen pet food is NOT available to be shipped to the North Island
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order processing usually takes 1 business day before shipment (with the exception of public holidays). Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. We'll provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Out of Stock Products/Products not available
If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
