Size of a dog:
Small (5-10kg/11-22lb) : 2 scoops of powder + 1/3 cup of water
Medium (11-25kg/23-55lb) : 3 scoops of powder + 1/2 cup of water
Large (26kg+/56lb+) : 4 scoops of powder + 1 cup of water
