Based on the same ingredients as our Baby Puppy Weaning Mash but in a medium-ground texture, this mix supports digestive health and offers a consistent, familiar diet during times of change.

Perfect for breeders to supply to new puppy owners, this formula helps reduce the risk of digestive upsets when puppies move to new homes or diets.

Puppies can start on Transition Formula from around 8 weeks, and gradually move to Tukkathyme Original Formula from 16 weeks, depending on breed and development.
